We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting relaxation and wellness while contributing to the overall success of our spa.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of beauty treatments, including waxing, lash and brow treatments, including lash extensions and lifting, facials and massages using Temple spa products (training is provided with Temple spa ) .
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
Assist in social media management by promoting services and engaging with clients online.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
Recommend products and services that meet clients' needs.
Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
Experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Level 3 Beauty Therapy is required.
Proven experience in the beauty industry is required
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a related role is preferred.
Additional qualifications in specific treatments an advantage, further training opportunities available.
