About the Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team. You will deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring our guests, members, and clients have an exceptional and relaxing experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and manicures/pedicures. Ensure clients receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms at all times. Manage time efficiently during treatments and support cost control by using products appropriately. Handle spa reception duties when needed, including bookings, enquiries, and point-of-sale transactions. Support spa operations and work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day running. Address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming. Participate in regular training and team meetings. Assist with stock control, equipment care, and general spa upkeep. Promote products and treatments, supporting sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

Recognised qualifications in beauty/spa therapy (essential). Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (essential). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail. Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Health & Safety:

You will be expected to follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Reporting any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues is part of this role.
