As a Community Hub Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional spa treatments, welcoming clients warmly, and ensuring the spa operates at the highest professional and industry standards. You'll create memorable experiences for clients while embodying our values of wellness, sustainability, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Treatments and Client Care:

Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring exceptional standards of service and professionalism. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and contraindications. Provide expert advice on treatments, aftercare, and product recommendations to enhance the client's experience.

Client Experience:

Welcome clients to the spa with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Manage appointment schedules effectively to ensure a smooth flow of treatments throughout the day. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, feedback, or concerns, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, reception, and communal spaces, in line with high industry standards. Ensure all equipment and products are sanitized, replenished, and properly maintained for use. Support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa, including preparing treatment rooms and monitoring stock levels of spa supplies. In down time between treatments and set up assist and be present on the shop floor, guiding the team and customers with your knowledge of our products and services.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

Recommend and promote spa products and services to clients, aligning with their needs and wellness goals. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the spa product range, including their benefits and ethical values. Drive sales through a personalized and consultative approach to product recommendations.

Flexibility with your schedule, the industry we work in requires weekend availability

Requirements:

A recognized qualification in beauty therapy or spa treatments (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Proven experience as a spa therapist, delivering treatments to a high standard. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence. A passion for wellness, sustainability, and providing outstanding client care.
This role requires flexibility to work 26 hours per week, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay: 14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 26 per week
