About You and The Role

As a Spa Therapist at The Newman, you will:

Carry out a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies--tailored to each guest's needs. Create a clean, peaceful, and well-prepared treatment space, following all hygiene and safety protocols. Guide guests through their visit with warmth and care, offering expert advice and aftercare recommendations. Promote our spa products and packages in a thoughtful, guest-focused way. Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service. Have experience in a spa or wellness setting, ideally in hospitality. Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Massage, it is an essential for the role.

Wellness at The Newman

Our 458-square-metre Nordic-inspired wellness floor, designed with Raison d'Etre, features four treatment rooms and a wet area with a Finnish sauna, ice lounge, Himalayan salt room, experience showers, and a hydrotherapy plunge pool.

It also includes a Technogym-equipped fitness studio with salt walls, offering yoga, Pilates, and personal training sessions.
