Duties
Perform a range of spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Provide personalised consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use.
Engage with clients to build rapport and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Upsell spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue.
Manage appointment bookings efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling for both clients and therapists.
Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with the community online.
Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a harmonious working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is highly desirable, with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques is essential; additional skills such as barbering or beauty therapy are advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Experience in upselling products or services is beneficial for driving business growth.
Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes will be considered an asset.
