Your role will also involve managing front desk operations and contributing to our social media presence.

Duties

Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins. Assist in the promotion of spa services through effective upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas. Engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their visit. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious working environment. Contribute to social media management by sharing updates and promotions to enhance the spa's online presence.

Experience

Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction. Experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous. Familiarity with hospitality practices to enhance the overall guest experience. Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus but not required. A background in customer service is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction.
