Responsibilities
Provide a range of spa treatments including deep tissue massage, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the treatment areas.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
Assist in social media management by promoting services and sharing client testimonials.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Experience
Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques and other therapeutic treatments.
Skills in makeup application and eyelash extensions are advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in hospitality is beneficial, fostering an inviting atmosphere for guests.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
