Job Summary - Weekend Role (Every Saturday & Sunday

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Receptionist & Therapist to join our team exclusively for weekends. This role requires working every Saturday and Sunday, and is a key position in ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of guest care.

The ideal candidate will have spa experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform a range of spa treatments when needed.

Responsibilities

Welcome all clients, check them in, and pair them with the correct therapist. Manage bookings, consultation forms, and treatment schedules accurately. Serve refreshments and ensure client comfort throughout their visit. Maintain a clean and organised reception area and treatment rooms. Assist therapists with room preparation and turnover between appointments. Open the spa and prepare the space for the day. Provide treatments when required (such as massages, facials, or spa services). Monitor client satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns. Support the smooth and professional operation of the spa throughout the day.
Qualifications

Previous spa experience as both receptionist and therapist. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to carry out a variety of spa treatments. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday. Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
Working Hours

Every Saturday and Sunday (times vary based on bookings).
