Duties

Manage your own schedule and client appointments within the salon space Deliver specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, barbering, or other beauty services Provide outstanding guest services to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Utilise social media management skills to promote your services and attract new clients Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients and managing bookings Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise revenue opportunities Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to health and safety standards Engage with the salon community to foster a professional and friendly environment

Qualifications

Experience or specialised training in beauty therapy, massage therapy, barbering, or related fields Strong management skills to organise appointments and client records effectively Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes Customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanour Knowledge of guest services and hospitality standards to enhance client experience Skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application, or other beauty treatments are highly desirable Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to maximise business potential
