We are currently looking for a space planning project manager to join Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust's Health Planning and Project Management team. This position is critical to ensuring that we meet the continually changing accommodation needs of a large and complex community Trust delivering healthcare across East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove. This is an exciting time for the Trust as we look to modernise the way we plan and allocate accommodation for our clinical and support teams, implementing smarter working practices and activity-based space planning to enable productivity improvements that will allow us to invest in improving our estate. This is a challenging and rewarding role and no two days will be the same. One day you may be managing an office move, the next you might be re-planning the entire community health infrastructure across a town or neighbourhood. You will be part of a busy, yet supportive team and we will support your continuing professional development as you play your part in our team's continuous improvement journey. If you have a background in project management, space planning or architecture and want to play your part in transforming healthcare service delivery in Sussex this role could be for you.
