Job Description

This role involves managing credit control processes for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy client relationships in the accounting and finance department.

Manage credit control processes for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices while maintaining client relationships.
Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to address payment issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions.
Prepare reports on aged debt and payment trends for management review.
Provide support with ad hoc tasks within the accounting and finance team.
Communicate effectively in Spanish, Portuguese, and English to support stakeholders.

Are you fluent in Spanish and Portuguese?Are you immediately available or available on short notice to start a new role?
A successful Spanish and Portuguese Credit Control professional should have:

Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in credit control.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and debt resolutions.
