Supervise kitchen staff and bartenders, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and consistency in all dishes served. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Develop and implement training programmes for new staff members to ensure high standards of service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu items, driving customer engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen operations, and bartending practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
