Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional front-of-house service, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, enquiries, and general support in both Spanish and English.
Guide customers through the process of selecting appropriate eyewear, including frame styling and lens options, tailored to their prescription and lifestyle needs.
Facilitate clear communication for Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring comfort, understanding, and a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks related to daily clinic operations.
Promote complimentary eye examinations through targeted outreach initiatives and community engagement.
Represent the practice outside during external eye health awareness promotion and actively contribute to public education efforts on the importance of regular eye care.
Book patients in for a free eye test on the back off the promotion outside.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written communication).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
Previous experience in an optical, healthcare, or customer-facing environment preferred.
Passion for community engagement and health promotion.
