The Opportunity:



As a Spanish Teacher, you will deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that foster a love of language learning. You'll help students develop fluency, confidence, and cultural awareness through creative teaching and authentic experiences. This is a chance to make a real impact on young learners and shape their future in language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement. Use creative and interactive teaching methods to bring the language to life. Support students in developing fluency, confidence, and cultural understanding. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's languages curriculum. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement. Promote the importance of language learning and cultural awareness within the school community.

Qualifications & Skills:



Required



Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Spanish at Key Stages 3 and 4. Strong subject knowledge and passion for language teaching. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to student success and high academic standards. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred



Experience teaching an additional language, such as French. Experience with English as a Second Language (ESOL) or bilingual teaching. Strong track record in student achievement and engagement. Experience in a faith-based or multi-academy trust setting.
