Week 1 - Friday 5pm - 9pm, Saturday 5pm - 10pm
Week 2 - Sunday 4pm - 10pm, Tuesday 5pm - 10pm

About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our store operations--helping customers, ensuring the shop floor looks its best, and supporting smooth day-to-day running. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers find what they need
Promote special offers, upsell and cross-sell to enhance the shopping experience
Cash Handling
Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency
Process cash and card transactions, providing correct change
Follow company policies and procedures for handling payments
Teamwork & Reliability
Arrive on time and be ready to work each shift
Manage your time effectively to stay productive throughout the day
What We're Looking For
A friendly and approachable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential--we provide training
