Job Purpose The Speaking Up Safely Guardian is a role supporting the delivery of the Trusts Speak Up Safely (SUS) service supported by the wider team in achieving the following outcomes: A positive culture of speaking up is instilled throughout the organisation with speaking up becoming business as usual. All colleagues are aware of the process for speaking up and how to raise a concern. Supported appropriately when they speak up or support others who are speaking up.

That the Trust learns from concerns raised and improvements are made as a result. Effectively align with the National Speak Up processes and best practice guidance.
