• Assessing and tracking student progress meticulously, using data to inform and adjust teaching strategies.
• Collaborating closely with parents, support staff, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, safe, and encouraged to succeed.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional who is not only qualified but also possesses the passion and resilience required for this fulfilling role.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Educational Needs, or significant experience in the field.
• Deep knowledge of various special needs and the ability to apply a wide range of teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to teaching and classroom management.
