Synergy care and Education are looking to recruit an experienced Teacher to support one of our SEND Schools based in Plymouth.

We are seeking a part time passionate Teacher to join our team at Synergy Care and Education. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our learners, fostering an environment of growth and development. This position is essential in helping us achieve our mission of empowering individuals through education.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of learners. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and initiatives. Support students in their personal development and learning goals. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Experience in teaching or working within an educational setting is preferred. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
