We are currently seeking a full-time Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) to join our team on a permanent basis.

Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification of Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) No previous experience required Strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEND

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient individual who is capable of highly effective SEND strategic leadership and knows how to deliver exemplary SEND provision to the whole school. We are seeking an experienced SEND professional who is committed to removing barriers for all learners to ensure our students achieve the very best outcomes.

The successful candidate will be joining a strong and effective Inclusion team. Many team members are highly skilled and well trained professionals who are passionate about enabling young people with SEND. We are a multi-disciplinary team and the postholder will have the opportunity to work alongside a wide range of external agencies. It is an exciting time to join Lampton Inclusion; in our recent external review, it was stated, "SEND is powerful at Lampton".
