We are seeking a full-time Finance and Administration Assistant to join our Special Missions Department, based in Doncaster.
About the Role:
The role is very varied and covers both finance and administration processes. You will report directly to the Special Missions Administration Supervisor and be involved with the day-to-day running of any finance and admin procedures within Special Missions. Preparing clients' invoices, quotes and associated documents. Assisting with financial queries, accurately updating financial databases and records. Preparing clients' reports and statistics, as well as facilitating various administrative duties, as and when required.
