Educate Group are working on behalf of a wonderful SEN school who are looking to work with a child who requires 1-1 support on a supply (temporary on-going) basis with children with a range of needs.
Qualifications are not compulsory for this role, your personality, work ethic and life skills are more important to us and we can offer online training
To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
Experience in caring for others- care work or education
A willingness to offer personal care on occasion when required
A fun personality and the willingness to be silly
Compassion and and patience
Happy to work with a wonderful team
A loving and caring nature
Excellent references
Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.
An open mind and caring personality
Not be afraid to get your hands dirty an appetite for plenty of job satisfaction
