Summary

We are seeking a Special Assistant based in the UK to join our dynamic team at justteachers. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting educational staff and enhancing the learning experience for children. Responsibilities

Assist teachers and support staff in delivering educational programs Provide individualized support to students with special needs Collaborate with educational professionals to develop effective learning strategies Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students Uphold the values of safeguarding within the educational setting

Qualifications

Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs Strong understanding of special education principles Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration Ability to work empathetically with individuals with disabilities Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus Familiarity with toddler care practices is beneficial Commitment to safeguarding children's welfare
