Full-time / Part-time options availableWe are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support college students with autism in a warm, therapeutic learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, helping students achieve their academic and personal goals in a supportive, nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of lessons and learning activities tailored to students with autism Provide one-to-one or small group support as required Promote independence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive environment
Requirements:
Experience working with students with autism or other additional needs, or a willingness to learn Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or related experience is desirable
