The Role:



This is a unique opportunity for a family support worker to work supporting our foster carers and the young people that are living with them. Part of this role will be working with our specialist foster carers.

You will be able to use your skill's of working with families to help support our carers to provide the best outcomes for children looked after by WCC.


You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in this role through our staff and foster carer training packages. You will manage your own diary, receive case supervision, and work closely with the fostering and kinship social workers.
