Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Specialist Cleaning Team Member to join our team at Exterius FM Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various sites, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional facilities management services. This position is essential in creating a pleasant environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties including high level vacuuming via SpaceVac pole systems, using the iMop for floor cleaning and reach pole window cleaning along with high pressure jet washing and high level.
Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
Good command of English language for communication purposes.
