Job Description

To deputise for the Advanced Level Pharmacist Homecare in the delivery of Pharmacy Homecare Service. To liaise with Clinical Lead Pharmacists and Advanced level Pharmacist -Homecare, to develop and implement a Pharmacy Homecare Service policy and strategy. To provide a high profile role in the clinical provision and development of pharmaceutical services where appropriate to other medical specialty areas related to homecare. To act as a role model for all pharmacy staff and specifically for junior pharmacists and trainee pharmacists To promote effective clinical and homecare pharmacy services.
