Reporting to the senior manager for end user computing, you will be responsible for supporting the operational and day-to-day management of the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. You will be part of a team providing 2nd and 3rd line support for the organisation across all the Microsoft applications the company use. Main Responsibilities

  • Administration of the M365 application stack.
  • Troubleshooting of issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Maintain procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Ensure BAU service is prioritised, and all incidents, problems and service requests are responded to in an efficient manner.
  • General Housekeeping & Administration of the M365 environment for all applications.

Qualifications
  • Experience of working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Good functional knowledge of M365 solutions which should include most of the following: Autopilot, Endpoint Security, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, or Teams.
  • Experience in working with ticket systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Administrative precision.
  • Able to deliver quality support and escalate as required.
  • Possess good communication skills and be comfortable engaging direct with end users.
  • Understand principles around information security and data protection
