The Job:



Reporting directly to the Team Leader and indirectly to the Customer Service Centre Manager, this role involves managing requests on behalf of the client and their customers across various areas within the Demonstration Team.



You will act as an ambassador for BCA by delivering excellent service at all times, ensuring internal and external expectations are met through clear communication and adherence to contracted KPIs and SLAs.



Responsibilities


Key duties include, but are not limited to:




Handling customer and client queries and processing bookings. Providing estimated delivery dates and chasing late deliveries. Managing ad hoc queries, amendments and customer complaints. Monitoring and progressing vehicles through various internal departments. Ensuring proactive communication throughout the vehicle fleet and booking process. Acting as a professional point of contact for the client. Being a service advocate, maintaining a positive and professional approach at all times.

Person Requirements


Strong administration and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively. High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail. A team player with the ability to work independently. Background in customer service and/or the automotive industry is ideal. * Ability to innovate and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
