Birthrate Plus Associates Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated senior midwife to join our team as a Specialist Midwife, supporting the delivery, training, and development of our Acuity App programme. Responsibilities

About the role

Provide training, education, and support to maternity services implementing the Birthrate Plus Associates Ltd. Acuity App. Liaise with Directors, Heads of Midwifery, and clinical teams to ensure effective implementation and understanding of the Acuity App tools. Monitor and analyse acuity data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful interpretation. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Acuity App and associated training resources, including eLearning modules. Support workforce planning activities alongside the wider Birthrate Plus team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Registered midwife with strong leadership experience and ability to work autonomously. A strong team ethos to meet strategic outcomes Practical experience of using Birthrate Plus tools

(Acuity App essential).

Proven ability to review, analyse, and interpret maternity service data. Confidence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 40,218.40 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
