Full time - 3 months\' probation

As Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you will be joining the Digital Acceleration Team, within No7 Beauty Company, to deliver a best-in-class personalised digital experience. You will be key in driving our vision of a consumer centric organisation and creating seamless and optimal customer journeys. You will be working with the wider digital and ecommerce team to drive and support the digital optimisation mission, working closely with our data analyst and technology partners. We recently implemented Adobe Experience Cloud and specifically are looking for you to deliver the tactics around Adobe Target. We are looking for someone to help maximise the investment into this technology whilst driving change within the organisation. You will master how the brand communicates with our different customers to deliver increased conversions, personalised campaign journeys and landing pages, working on A/B & MVT testing, specifically through Adobe Target, whilst being mindful about accessibility, brand and data capture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our overall digital optimisation and web personalisation strategy.
  • Deliver always on personalisation, driven by successful testing, working in partnership with the wider Digital Team to ensure an optimised combination of design and content.
  • Manage our A/B and Multivariate Testing agenda and manage dynamic content rules.
  • Deliver the planning, implementation and deployment of tests.
  • Work closely with our data analyst, insights team and technology partners on a data-led optimisation roadmap.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to utilise our audience segmentation, implementing personalised customer journeys to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention
  • Engage and promote our activity with key stakeholders in the organisation, improving capability and best-in-class consumer experiences. Driving a culture of data driven testing.
  • Report commercial benefits, that see the delivery of our business case and growth of our digital channels.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in A/B and Multivariate Testing. Ideally using Adobe Target.
  • A good understanding around digital optimisation processes and workflows. Reporting KPI, manage use cases implementation and rationale and setting hypothesis.
  • Experience in ecommerce analytics, specifically around building use cases for conversion rate optimisation. Ideally experience in using Adobe Analytics.
  • Customer focused with a clear understanding of the value of customer experience
  • Direct to consumer ecommerce experience or equivalent studies and understanding of commercial business goals.
  • A keen eye for detail being able to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing priorities and planning accordingly to be able to deliver projects on time, to brief and to the highest standard
  • Preferred experience around UI/UX, QA and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working with agencies and other functions across an organisation.
