Job Description
Use best evidence, advanced specialist skills, knowledge and expertise to provide expert clinical practice. Develop the role of the Neuro-developmental practitioner to maximise delivery of holistic patient centred care. Provide consultancy services to their own and other professions on therapeutic interventions, practice and service development Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care, actively seeking evidence based practice, which will improve the quality of care and meet the needs of the patient in a productive manner. Ensure through good practice that customer care initiatives are improved and sustained.
Act as a resource for expert advice to patients and staff. Actively promote a healthy lifestyle for patients & staff appreciating national strategy requirements. Administer medication within set patient group protocols and current legislation. Use patient group directives in the administration of patients medication.
