We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Specialist Orthodontist to join our team in Marleybone and Kensington. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating children and adults. This role requires a high level of expertise in orthodontics, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Specialist Orthodontist will work closely with dental staff and patients to develop customised treatment plans that align with individual needs.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive examinations to assess patients' orthodontic needs. Develop and implement effective treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and make necessary adjustments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining their orthodontic appliances. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Stay updated on advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental structures and facial features. Experience with medical imaging techniques relevant to orthodontics. Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with patients and staff. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.
