We are seeking an Orthodontist to join our team in Solihull. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional orthodontic care while contributing to our mission of providing outstanding patient experiences. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of service across our two practices.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive orthodontic assessments and treatment plans Deliver high-quality orthodontic care using the latest techniques Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on treatment options and oral hygiene practices Participate in continuous professional development and training Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff Engage with patients to exceed their expectations in service delivery

Qualification

Registered Specialist in Orthodontics Proven experience as an Orthodontist is preferred Strong knowledge of CAD technology and its application in orthodontics Excellent understanding of human anatomy related to dental health Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is a plus Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centred approach Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
