Job overview
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our community Children's Physiotherapy team based at Green Wrythe Lane Clinic, Carshalton.
This role is 3 days (22.5 hours) per week working with children age 0-19 years with a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, developmental delay and genetic conditions. The successful applicant would be working in variety of settings; including clinic, homes, schools and children's centres.

Main duties of the job
To work autonomously providing specialist Physiotherapy assessment, advice and treatment to children with a wide variety of conditions including Musculoskeletal, neurological, developmental delay and complex needs.
To travel to and work in a variety of settings including clinic, patients homes, nurseries/ schools and children centres.
To work closely with the multidisciplinary team, families, school staff and the wider health team to plan and provide assessment and treatment.
To actively contribute to clinical audits and develop of the Physiotherapy Service, facilitating improving client/care pathways and outcomes for children in conjunction with professional lead and team leader.
To carry out continual professional development as identified through clinical supervision and PDR, including in-service training and courses as agreed.
To provide training and clinical supervision to more junior team members in conjunction with Clinical Lead/ Team Leader.
