ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY




NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Media Specialist (Search & Social) to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of managing paid search and social campaigns and understands what it takes to drive award-winning performance for our clients across multiple industries.


To qualify you must reside and be eligible to work in the UK and be willing to travel to the office in London 2 days per week.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES




Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of paid search and social accounts, delivering best-in-class strategy and performance. Responsibilities include:

Work with the Paid Media Managers to develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce) Plan, set up, optimise and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat) Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure and targeting Work with our data team to implement tracking and measurement using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and platform pixels Monitor daily spend and pacing to ensure campaigns meet monthly budget and ROI targets Carry out regular bid and budget optimisation, A/B testing (ad copy and creative), and audience refinement to maximise performance against KPIs Collaborate with creative, data and client service teams to deliver compelling ad copy, visuals and reporting Provide clear briefs to designers and contribute to creative strategy using performance insights Produce regular reports and actionable insights for clients, presenting campaign results and recommendations Assist the team in building projections, forecasts and performance scenarios to support client growth plans Stay up to date with UK digital advertising trends, platform updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU





1-2 Years' experience managing and reporting on Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Understanding of eCommerce/retail/shopping campaign strategies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills Proactive, creative and commercially aware, with a passion for digital marketing Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
