As a Specialist Respiratory and Integrated Medicine Pharmacist you will be required:
To deliver specialised clinical pharmacy input to the respiratory department, ward, home oxygen review teams, and as a member of the integrated community respiratory team.
To act as Lead Pharmacist within the Home Oxygen Service across the interface, continuing to lead and develop an effective, collaborative service, identifying areas for service development, quality and value improvement.
To act as the Lead Pharmacist in the Tobacco Dependence Treatment service across the interface, working with the team lead and as a member of the Trust leadership group, continuing to develop an effective, collaborative service, identifying areas for service development, quality and value improvement.
To support the Lead Pharmacist in Emergency and Integrated Medicines to maintain clinical, governance leadership and strategic oversight for medical specialities within emergency and integrated medicine (EIM) such as cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology and care of older people and frailty.
