Outwood Academy Ormesby is looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational Teaching assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching assistant who really wants to make a difference to the lives of young people.


About the Role:



We are looking for an outstanding individual who is enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational to join our Inclusion team as a Specialist Teaching Assistant, with a specialism in Numeracy. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant you will be required to work closely with members of our Inclusion Team and have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning. A key focus will be to support student intervention and increase student's ability to access all areas of the Numeracy curriculum and embed and develop numeracy skills, working proactively with other members of the Inclusion Team to improve attainment, by adopting a personalised approach towards planning and delivery of a bespoke curriculum.
