Listers Central Ltd. are the fastest growing UK manufacturer of windows and doors, based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent Listers have been making windows in Fenton for over 30 years.

We are now looking for Special Production Operatives to join our growing team within the UPVC area of our factory. You must have previous manufacturing experience. Ideally, within the window/door manufacturing but other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered.

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a necessity.

As a Production Operative in the Specials area, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, focusing on assembly tasks to ensure high-quality output. Reporting to the Specials Production Manager, your role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. The organization expects you to maintain productivity while adhering to safety standards, contributing to a collaborative team environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have previous manufacturing experience. Must be able to work to a high standard, and be able to work under their own initiative. Able to follow procedures and instructions, especially those relating to safety and quality. A good attention to detail and a capability to check and measure work to ensure a high standard of quality. A positive attitude and enthusiasm towards achieving quality and productivity targets as well as developing your own skills.
