Terrace Coffee House is a new coffee shop with 70+ seats located on the Malone Road near Queens University. We serve a varied menu of drinks and food which are all served in a 'counter service' manor. We are a young and friendly team who strive to make each and every customer feel welcome upon entering our doors.

Quality and efficiency are what Terrace is getting known for and the successful candidate for this job must be able to work at speed whilst meeting our standards of Customer service, Drink preparation/presentation and general time managment.

This job is a front of house role so a solid background of great customer service and a warm, welcoming personality are essential.

The successful candidate MUST feel at home behind a coffee machine. Consistent shots being pulled and high quality milk are non negotiable's as well as being able to work amongst a team to keep quality and efficiency high.

We have a 5 day working week with the earliest start being 7:45 and the latest finishing time being 4:30. Sundays we are closed, so this is a consistent day off through the week. We also offer free staff lunch with a paid break each day.
