Specification Sales Manager - Mechanical Ventilation
Overview
A leading manufacturer of ventilation solutions is looking to appoint an experienced Specification Sales Manager to develop specification-led sales across the London region. This is a key role focused on promoting a high-quality range of mechanical ventilation products to consultants, architects, housebuilders and developers.
This position suits someone with strong technical knowledge of residential ventilation (MEV, MVHR, or similar) and a background in specification sales within the built environment.
The Role
Build and grow relationships with M&E consultants, architects, developers and major housebuilders
Promote a portfolio of residential ventilation systems through technical presentations, CPDs and project support
Identify, pursue and convert new project opportunities across Greater London
Support projects from initial design input through to handover, working closely with internal teams
Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and best practices to advise clients effectively
Maintain accurate activity records using the company CRM
Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide market feedback and highlight opportunities for product improvement
Package
Salary: 50,000-60,000
Annual bonus up to 7,500
Car allowance: 7,800 per annum
