We are have an exciting opportunity to join our field based Specification Sales team (covering postcodes NN, MK, SG, LU, AL, WD, EN, HP, SL, TW, UB, HA, IG)
You'll be joining a well established and supportive team where you'll be responsible for achieving and growing profitable business, building strong partnerships with customers, and delivering exceptional service.
You'll work closely with architects, end users, and our internal customer care centre to develop tailored interior solutions from our product portfolio, identify new opportunities, and contribute to our ambitious business plans.
What will you be doing?
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with your designated accounts and customers.
Create and agree an annual individual business plan.
Plan and manage coverage of existing and potential clients.
Maintain and grow a customer database, updating activity daily.
Communicate proactively with colleagues and the Customer Care Centre.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and training events.
Identify potential new products and share market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety.
Continuously develop product knowledge and professional selling skills.
What experience you'll ideally have:
