The Opportunity



We are looking for an inspiring Speech and Language Assistant to provide outstanding support to individual students from September 2025. This is a key role for the Academy in fulfilling its commitment to develop "the heart" of the school. You will be ensuring that every child achieves their absolute best by working closely with young people who have special educational needs, or other barriers to learning, and provide support for their academic achievement, under the direction of the SENDCo

You are likely to have gained experience in working with young people in a school setting and have a track record of impact through your career or personal experience.
