We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with experience of supporting children and adolescents with special educational needs and neurodiversity. The successful candidate will join our established Therapy Team within Meadow High School, a SEN secondary school in Uxbridge recently rated Good by Ofsted.
You will work with students aged 11-19 who present with a wide range of needs, including autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay, learning disabilities and complex medical conditions such as respiratory, neurological and neuromuscular pathologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for young people with diverse profiles of need.
Meadow High School is growing to meet the needs of our local community. In partnership with the Local Authority, we are developing a brand-new site in Harefield, Northwood Road, which will provide a specialist learning environment for up to 100 Pathway 1 pupils. This state-of-the-art provision is due to open in Autumn 2026.
This role offers the opportunity to work across both our main Uxbridge site and the new Harefield site, ensuring a rich and varied professional experience. (Site allocation will be discussed fully during the interview process.)
As part of our dynamic Therapy Team, you will:Deliver a range of interventions including assessments, group work, one-to-one therapy and class-based programmes.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, occupational therapists and therapy assistants to integrate clinical interventions into the curriculum.
Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where pupils can access learning and develop their full potential.
You will be joining an established, supportive and multidisciplinary team led by the Therapy Team Lead and senior clinicians from each therapy discipline. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work creatively and make a measurable difference to the lives of young people with complex needs.
