Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Bridgend
Pay Range: \xc2\xa325 - \xc2\xa332.50 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to provide comprehensive assessment and intervention for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve optimal communication skills and independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support and educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Proven experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and a passion for improving communication outcomes.
