Our approach begins with a highly specialised assessment using a variety of methods to engage children and adolescents effectively.
Role Description
We are looking for an Speech and Language Therapist to be based in an SEMH school located in North East England. The Speech and Language Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, and working closely with children and adolescents in various settings. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications
Experience working with children and adolescents in diverse settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals Proficiency in maintaining detailed therapy documentation Degree in Speech and Language Therapy Registration with the HCPC as an Speech and Language Therapist
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
