Job Description

ASEND are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to work with a 14 year old at his home in Portsmouth. He is autistic and has PDA as well as Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. He requires 30-45 minutes of Speech and Language Therapy, twice a week. The Speech and Language Therapist will also provide training and support to further up-skill the mentor working with this young person, in relation to his sensory and motor skills.

Requirements

Experience providing support to children with special educational needs such as autism and PDA (essential). Excellent organisational and communication skills. HCPC registration and a Speech and Language Therapy degree.
