Speech and Language Therapist

Salary:

Up to 44,000 per annum (full-time, 40 hours per week) - pro rata based on experience



We are working on behalf of a specialist educational provider to recruit a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support Provide consultation and guidance to staff around communication, language development, and SEN best practice Contribute to the planning and delivery of therapy input across two school sites
Candidate Requirements:
HCPC registration (essential) Post-qualification experience within SEN or education environments Knowledge of and experience using a variety of speech and language assessment tools and therapy approaches tailored for children and young people with complex needs Interest in areas such as developmental trauma and attachment Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
