We have an exciting opportunity for an SPHT Team Attached Administrator to join our Multidisciplinary Specialist Pelvic Health Team. The role is based at Longton Cottage Hospital and is 33.75 hours per week covering weekdays.

The main duties for this role include:

Act as the first point of contact for service users, providing friendly and professional assistance by phone and in person.

Manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records using the RIO NHS clinical system.

Ensure compliance with information governance policies while delivering outstanding customer care.

Keep our busy office running efficiently with your exceptional organizational and communication skills.
