Spinal Injury Support Workers

to join our friendly team in Carrickfergus!

Shifts Available:

Day Shift:

08:00 - 20:00

Waking Night Shift:

20:00 - 08:00 Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts

Positions Available:

1 Part-Time Position:

24 hours per week, flexible day & night shifts

1 Bank Position:

Work on an as-needed basis, flexible day & night shifts

Pay Rate:

Weekday Day Shifts: 16.17/hr Weekends & Waking Night Shifts: 17.11/hr Sunday Night Shift: 17.73/hr

Full training provided and ongoing support from a local clinical lead nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Support personal care, hygiene, and mobility (mobile hoist & slide sheets) Assist with meals and feeding when required Keep accurate care records and report any changes Offer emotional support and encouragement with empathy and respect

What We're Looking For:

Previous care experience essential (training provided) Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible to work both day and night shifts

Full UK driving licence required
