Job Description
In this exciting role in our private coach division, you will ensure we meet our performance targets by achieving our allocation of work to rota for our coaching team; liaise with new customers as well as maintain our excellent track record with existing customers; and cover work at short notice such as late contracted work and emergency rail. You'll work as detailed by your line manager over five days.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Daily supervision of coach driving colleagues
Allocation and coverage of driving duties
Liaising with colleagues and customers in times of disruption
Auditing systems and tachograph data
Dealing with queries into the department via phone, email and face-to-face
Administration support
Managing health and safety in the depot and on the road
You will need:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of an expanding team
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Understanding of EU and domestic regulations
Ability to embrace our company culture
An excellent attendance record
Basic computer skills
